LONE PINE COTTAGE (Hardtner House's Little Sister) is on the same 2 acre park-like property of the main house. This 600sf beauty is elegant, charming and comfortable including Living room with twin Murphy bed, small Kitchen with refrigerator-freezer, counter-top oven, microwave, coffee-maker, sink, kitchen basics, dining table-chairs. The bedroom is fitted with a queen bed, sofa, reading area, closet and vanity/lavatory. The bath includes a "wet bath" with shower. Sleeps 2 or 3.

Kees park is across the street with splash pad (summer) and frisbee golf within quick walking distance. Close to groceries, restaurants, hospitals, wedding venues, and Boyce data site. The house offers 4 queen beds (3 bedrooms and 1 pull out sofa bed) and 1.5 bathrooms.

Nestled amongst the tall timbers of The Kisatchie National Forest you'll find respite in KK's Little Cottage. The cottage is located down a dead end gravel road that will make you feel hours from town (though you won't actually be)! Hunter's welcome! You're likely to see some type of wildlife, and it is quite possible you will hear shots fired from hunters. Welcome to our cozy space, enjoy!!
