L'appartamento si trova in riva al mare, ai piedi della collina di Posillipo, in una zona residenziale e ben abitata. È ben servito dai mezzi, ed è vicino al molo di Mergellina, dal quale partono i collegamenti con Capri, Ischia e Procida. A pochi passi: Molo di Mergellina da cui imbarcarsi per Ischia, Capri e Procida o la Costiera Amalfitana nel periodo estivo con il metrò del mare. Sono attivi nel periodo estivo anche i collegamenti con le Isole Eolie. Stazione Napoli Mergellina, chiaro e bellissimo esempio di stile liberty, da ammirare e da scoprire. Via Caracciolo, dove è possibile passeggiare sul lungomare e ammirare i caratteristici luoghi raffigurati in quelle cartoline tanto vendute nei negozi di souvenir, respirare l'aria di mare tra le barche ormeggiate, magari sorseggiando una bibita fresca.
