We built this apartment with the thought that someday we would live in it ourselves. Thus, we chose to go "high end" with construction materials, fixtures, linens, and cookware. The apartment opens to our backyard garden, with a patio and bocce court. Two blocks from Golden Gate Park, we are in a safe neighborhood, and are close to main bus lines, museums, great restaurants, and beautiful hikes. Located in the Central Richmond. 5 minute walk to the Presidio gate, 15 minutes to Baker Beach, and 25 minutes to Golden Gate Park. Great nature abound as well as restaurants nearby. The bus stops a block away that goes straight to downtown. The space is located on Lake Street, which is a slow street with few cars - great for walking, hiking, and biking.

Garden Studio with a private entrance around the corner from the front door of the main house. This large studio walks out into a peaceful garden courtyard with a nice sitting area. While the suite is part of our well-maintained corner house surrounded by vegetation, your own entrance from the street makes the suite much more secluded than a room in someone’s home. Queen bed, in-suite bathroom & Breakfast bar. Quiet location.

This is a small private bedroom with private bathroom. The unit is located on the ground floor of our single-family house. It is one block from Golden Gate Park in the beautiful residential Richmond District. Can walk to music festivals, museums, park, and beach. Easy commute by public transportation or by Uber/Lyft/taxi to downtown, Union Square, Chinatown, and Fisherman wharf. No parking offered
