It is about 3 minutes away from Falaj Daris Park, 10 minutes from Nizwa Souq, and 20 minutes away from the water park, Nizwa Grand Mall, and Lulu. Essential services are near by, including grocery shops, restaurants, etc.

This guesthouse welcomes couples and solo travelers who are looking for a place to relax and unwind. There is a swimming pool, bbq place, a full kitchen, tv, washing machine, study desk.. and some books too. (i can provide a music player too if thats what u desire) I love showing the guest the area around if they require a travel companion.. And help with whatever makes their trip easy and enjoyable. Unfortunately, this place is not designed to accomodate families and children.
