Sie besticht mit sehr zentraler Lage, angenehmem Raumklima, historischem Charme und moderner Ausstattung. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in 20 Minuten im Zentrum von Frankfurt. Die Einkaufsstraße fängt nahezu direkt hinter dem Haus an. Und das Homburger Schloss ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Parks, das Schloss und die Einkaufsmeile erreichen Sie in wenigen Gehminuten. Die Zimmer sind neu möbeliert , in jedem befindet sich ein Fernseher. Auf dem Balkon mit Außenlicht können Sie entspannen.

Sie bewohnen einen Teil des Hauses und nutzen es für sich alleine. Wohn-Essbereich und Küche befinden sich im Erdgeschoss. Ebenso das Badezimmer mit Toilette und Dusche. Im 1. OG können Sie 2 gemütliche Schlafzimmer nutzen. (Bett jeweils 160x200cm) Im 2. OG ist ein weiteres Bett (180x200cm) Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 1 Gehminute entfernt und nach Frankfurt benötigen Sie ca 30-40 Minuten. Ein Parkplatz ist am Haus verfügbar.

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Einbauküche im Wohn- und Esszimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Schlafsofa mit zwei Schlafplätzen und ein großes Tageslichtbad mit Doppelwaschtisch und großer Dusche. Zudem gibt es eine eigene Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeit.
