Not overlooked, the property is fenced for your privacy and security. Motorbikes can be parked inside, but the 100m dirt road access is too narrow for cars.

This stunning three-bedroom villa offers a perfect getaway destination for six adults (12+). Step through the private entrance into an open plan kitchen and lounge area, adorned with glass windows and a stone terrace. Two bedrooms are located downstairs - The master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite outdoor designer bathroom. The second bedroom has a bamboo twin bunk bed and shared bathroom located opposite. Upstairs is the third bedroom with a king size bed, TV and sitting area.

Terra Nova ElNido - Sunrise Villa

SUNRISE VILLA features 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Each bedroom is furnished with one large bed and one single bed, providing a cozy and flexible sleeping arrangement for both adults and children. Please note: The base rate does not include our essential service package, which is highly recommended due to our remote, nature-surrounded location, approximately one hour by boat from El Nido. Nestled in a quiet, rural area, it offers an authentic local experience with Western comforts and stylish decor. Ideal for travelers seeking peace, nature, and real island life away from tourist crowds. Please note: we are not located in town. Our pool villa is located directly on Corong-Corong beach and offers a stunning view of Bacuit Bay and its beautiful sunsets. Just a few steps away, you’ll find excellent restaurants, cafés, small shops, and boat departures for island-hopping. El Nido town is about 10 minutes away. The villa can accommodate up to 4 guests, children included. We are located next to La Plage restaurant, so music can sometimes be heard, but never late at night.
