OBX Tree House (Avon, NC)

Welcome to the "OBX Treehouse," only steps away from the most beautiful stretch of beach in the Outer Banks north of Avon's pier. Explore all of the great restaurants, shops, activities, and bars nearby. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the 55” 4K Smart TV and new upper deck where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the sound. Welcome to the Mann Cottage in Salvo! A 2 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 4, one lot back from the National Seashore & a 2 minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean, Wi-fi, 3 USB ports in each room. Smart TV. Screened porch & sun deck. Hot/cold outside shower. Quiet neighborhood, pleasant for bicycling, walking, and jogging, easy connect to 4 mi. long village pathway. Salvo is conveniently located in the middle of Hatteras Island making day trips to other areas quicker & easier to accomplish.

Scarborough town Surfstead w/ hot tub

Come and enjoy old Avon Village on a quiet one way street. The Surfstead suite offers an eclectic blend of island history, craftsmanship and comfort in one of the oldest houses on Hatteras island. There is a private deck and entrance leading into a living and dining area equipped with a Roku tv. Prepare your meals in the fully stocked kitchenette. The bedroom boasts a queen size bed with another Roku tv, and a full bathroom with a custom tile shower. A private hot tub too!
