On a hillside just over a block from the beach lies a peaceful hideaway! Partial ocean view and stunning mountain views. There is a hill to get to the condo via 49 stairs. One could also get a ride from our local "uber" called Circuit for $2. The bedroom has a queen and a single bed, while the living room has a couch that converts to a double bed and recliner.2 small bathrooms with showers. Full kitchen with stove and essentials, coin washer/dryer, beach chairs and umbrella in laundry room.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our condo is located on the 3rd floor with few stairs. Two bedroom each with a king size bed. The Master suite has a bathroom attached and a modern convertible sofa bed should you need a little extra space, portable Air Conditioner and TV. The second bedroom has a stand up fan and located across the hall from the 2nd bathroom. The Livingroom has a sleeper sofa couch that pulls out large Smart TV

It's a block to the restaurants, bars, and shopping. Easy walk to and from the Ferry boat. There is an app called circuit ride, through the city of Avalon for an inexpensive ride around town . Download it and make sure to book online ahead of time a bit because they are busy . Some people rent golf carts for an hour to get use to the town . It's a comfortable half-mile walk to almost anywhere!.
