The living room has sleeper sofa, so the house can sleep up to 4 adults and 2 children or 5 adults (with the fold-down sleeper in living room). This farmhouse was built in the 1800's and is decorated in modern farmhouse style. It is located on a few acres of our horse and cattle ranch. You will be able to watch the miniature horses and cattle as they graze and play while relaxing on our 1,700 square foot wraparound deck. Star gaze and watch for wildlife. Eat outside on our two picnic tables. There is a pond on our neighboring farm. No wading or swimming. But you can fish! I decorate for Thanksgiving and Christmas! Enjoy holidays here!

A three-bedroom 2-story house located just a couple of minutes from downtown in a secluded neighborhood with a farm setting. The house is situated on 12 acres with a pond, horses, and other very friendly farm animals around. Fresh eggs are available for breakfast. All pets are welcome, including horses. The house has a farmhouse/lodge decor with queen beds in each room, a sofa bed in the living room and additional sofa bed, day bed and trundle bed. Children are welcome.

We are located just about center between Bellville and Brenham in a small Community area called Kenney.

Koch Ranch - Hester House

Come stay in our recently remodeled family homestead that was built in the 1880’s. It’s a relaxing getaway on a true Texas cattle ranch that has been operated by our family for well over 100 years. We have another rental house listed as "Koch Ranch - Cabin" which is located next door. Many guests rent both houses. They are far enough apart where each house has privacy from each other, but groups are close enough to enjoy their stay together.
