Contemporary studio with pool & breakfast

Enjoy a resort style stay in this newly built studio just 5 minutes walk to Ponsonby Rd restaurants. Separate from the main house with the use of a deep salt water pool (unheated). Featuring a king sized bed, mini fridge, lounge area, toaster (breakfast included inside your studio with toast, butter and jam and organic coffee and milk. Situated in the lively Ponsonby area, it is a five min walk to Ponsonby Road restaurants and a 30 min walk to CBD. The bus to Britomart is a six min walk away.

Blackwood Titirangi - within walking distance!

The Blackwood Guesthouse will appeal to couples looking to getaway for a night (or few) and who want to sample the food outlets that Titirangi Village has to offer.. Come to relax in this modern fully equipped 1 bedroom apartment in the lush bush close to Titirangi Village in the Waitakeres, 25 minutes from Auckland CBD. Light breakfast is provided. A sofa bed allows an additional person. We have expansive grounds with bush walks, gazebo, firepit and out door games. We are 5 minutes drive from the village with its numerous cafes & restaurants as well as Te Uru Art gallery. World renowned beaches and other bush walks are within 15 minutes drive.

La Maisonette cottage sits above an award winning garden of nearly an acre, guests are free to wander and sit among the sub tropical trees and plants. From the Juliet balcony you can enjoy a glass of local award winning wine whilst looking over the trees to the gulf islands in the distance. The cottage is decorated in a French provincial style with many original works of art from local artists and elsewhere. Everything you need is provided to make your stay special and memorable.

Stay, play, relax and unwind. Also available onsite is our other listing, the Tranquil Coastal Escape two bedroom guest suite, sleeps four.

Centrally located in the heart of Parnell Village is Studio Burrows. A completely modern separate space next to our family home. Suitable for a couple and infant/small child. This light filled studio is minutes from the Central city, Spark Arena, Viaduct, Commercial Bay, Newmarket and the Auckland Museum/Domain. Longer term stays available. Kitchenette for basic cooking. There is a laundromat 2min walk away.

Kia ora! We would love to host you in our separate studio where you can relax in private. It includes a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a living area with a sofa/single bed. (Available for use as an extra bed on request for a $40 fee). It is set in our native NZ garden and is bright and fresh. We live in a great area with many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars nearby.

Our place is waterfront, close to parks and great views. The bay we're situated at is tidal, and there is a lovely boardwalk close by. You’ll love our place because of the views, the ambiance, and the location. Our place is good for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids older than 7 years). We have a Jack Russell dog and a cat.
