What would you say to someone who is visiting Athens for the first time, with friends or family? What would you suggest someone who is about to visit Athens for business? Well, my recommendation would be for him/her to stay downtown, to live as a true Athenian in one of the coolest, most culturally vibrant areas of Athens! Well, can you think of something cooler than a fully renovated apartment with 2 bedrooms in Thiseio, located in a walking distance from everything you need to see in Athens?

The small studio is located on the 3rd floor, in front the beach, in the center of Artemida ideal for holiday, very close to Athens city (aprox. 23km), next to Athens International Airport(4km) and Rafina port (5km) where you can travel to Cyclades islands (Andros,Naxos, Paros, Evia, Myconos). Further (42k) is Lavrio and its port to other islands (tzia, kythnos etc) and the temple of Poseidon at cape Sounio (24 km). Ιn 8km is the Attica Zoological Park and the Glen Mc Arthur shopping center.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
