The 1st level has 2 standing arcade games (NFL blitz & Mortal Combat), a bar, large smart tv, miniature ping pong and laundry room. Each level has its own full bathroom. The loft has two queen beds with partial separation, and a full-size daybed is on the first floor. Enjoy an indoor electric fireplace, projector TV, and large dining table. Dog-friendly and full of historic charm, it’s a perfect mix of comfort and character.

This century old farmhouse in the middle of town is a great accommodation for visiting the university, our awesome downtown, or our great local parks. 1st floor is primarily office space for my local small biz, while 2nd floor hosts 2 bedrooms & bathroom, & 3rd floor living area. Centrally located, Unique & cozy, nearby highway, food, hiking, university, & hospital. Clean & charismatic! Homeowner or staff sometimes present M-F, 9-2 on first floor. No indoor smoking
