Maison indépendante située dans un charmant petit village des pyrénées ariégeoises.Maison confortable bien équipée, proche de sentiers de randonnées, au pied de la station de ski de fond du plateau de Beille. Proche des stations de ski Ax Bonascre, Ascou Pailleres, Portet Puymaurens, Le Chioula.A 40 kms du Pas de la Casa et Andorre, à 14kms d'Ax les thermes,station de sports d'hiver et station thermale, à 10 kms d'Ussat les bains avec sa cure thermale et les célèbres grottes préhistoriques .

Chalet Salamandre

Geniet van de rust, het uitzicht en het comfort van dit stijlvolle chalet. Zeer geschikt als romantisch uitje of even bijkomen in de natuur met je gezin. Wij zitten op 650 meter hoogte, in een hete zomer is het altijd iets koeler dan in het dal en met een briesje, heel aangenaam. In de nacht koelt het meer af en is het lekker slapen. Een airco hebben wij niet nodig. Honden zijn welkom, € 15 per verblijf. Voor de winter is er een houtkachel. Wij leveren een kruiwagen met stookhout voor €15.

Je suis tombée amoureuse de ce petit coin de paradis. Magique l’hiver avec la neige qui recouvre le chalet, mais aussi l’été. Je voulais offrir à mes voyageurs une ambiance plus moderne tout en préservant l’aspect vintage et « nature », de la montagne. Vous vous sentirez comme chez vous très vite. La neige en hiver peut être intense, mais le chalet reste bien accessible (équipements de voiture pour neige, obligatoire en hiver : chaussettes pour pneus / chaînes / ou pneus neige 🛞)

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.
