It’s on the 𝟱th and 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 of a small building (elevator to the 4th floor + one flight of stairs) in a quiet residential area. For me, it’s a calm corner with a view of the hills and the rooftops. We renovated it recently, keeping the warmth of a real home, hoping you’ll feel part of the city. The sunsets from the entry window are a small extra touch — something I hope will stay with you. ---

L’appartamento grazie all’elegante ristrutturazione è dotato di rifiniture di pregio come gli splendidi marmi dei 2 bagni o l’affascinante camino a gas e di tutti i confort wi-fi, ac e cucina moderna completamente attrezzata. Le maggiori attrazioni turistiche si raggiungono in meno di 10 minuti a piedi.

La zona è servitissima, vicino al centro, 900 metri da Piazza San Marco, 1.4 km da Piazza del Duomo, raggiungibili in 5 minuti in autobus, si trova anche vicino alla Stazione di Santa Maria Novella, raggiungibile in 15 minuti in bus.

Ben collegato con il centro, in quindici minuti, dai mezzi pubblici (fermata bus sotto casa) e a cinque minuti dal casello autostradale A1 di Firenze Sud. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.
