Minutes from shopping, restaurants, wine tasting, beautiful beaches and hiking trails.

The gem of this property is the backyard/ playground where your family will enjoy hours of fun. Backyard includes a converted Lifeguard Tower/ Treehouse, a Lighthouse Play Fort, Ball Pit, Trampoline, & Sand Box. The home is approx. 2 miles to Pismo State Beach and 2 blocks to shopping such as Starbuck's & Aldi.

Our fully licensed place is located in the heart of the Arroyo Grande Village. Offering Restaurants, parks, historic self-guided walking tours, wine tasting, farmers market, music in the park, pubs, museums and much more. Minutes away by car to Pismo Beach, Shell Beach, Avila Beach and San Luis Obispo. We are the southern gateway to the Arroyo Grande and Edna Valley wine trail. This is the only apartment in the Robasciotti Building. It is your private oasis to call home away from home.

Close to ocean..wineries..quiet..barbeque and firepit area..patio for sunbathing ..microwave and coffee pot..laundry in room w/d..small ..refrigerator..toaster...iron and ironing board and also wifi..pets MUST be picked up after..if you can provide coverings for bedding that would be great..hair is a problem! I'd also appreciate good behavior from dogs ..being barked or snarled at in my yard isn't acceptable and I spend a little time every day in my yard.. please leash if not trained
