The owners of the house occupy the ground floor (basement). The second floor has 4 rooms with all a own bathroom and has a big living room. The balcony has a nice place to sit and relax and enjoying the wonderful view of Goght and National park Khosrov. The garden has a swimming pool and fruit trees. A 25 sq.m. room in a large B&B property built in vintage style in a luxury district area, near the Victory Park. It is in 10 minutes walking distance from the upper Cascade section. The room has its private bathroom, jacuzzi. There is a whole floor (not heated) with own kitchen, fire place, usually not used by others. Breakfast included. There is a shared, small washing room, yard, a place to make barbeque, outdoor swimming pool. WiFi, and air-conditioning.
