Casa Azul - Willkommen im Hühnerhaus

Früher stand hier mal der Hühnerstall. Davon ist aber so gut wie nichts mehr zu sehen. Durch die Felswände entsteht ein angenehmes Mikroklima und die großen Fenster lassen viel Licht herein und bieten zudem einen Blick auf den Hang. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich entspannen und nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag wartet die Regendusche in der Wohlfühloase. Mit dem Auto lässt sich zudem auch schnell einmal der „Chip“ wechseln. 15 Minuten bis zum Strand, 25 bis nach Las Palmas und 30 bis in den Süden.

La casa, es una vivienda típica canaria con más de 200 años de antigüedad, que ha sido restaurada en estos últimos años y decorada con mucho cariño, dándole un aspecto juvenil y moderno. Mantiene la estructura original de la época, cuando las casas tenían habitaciones que daban a un patio. Con el objetivo de mantener su valor histórico,en cada una de ellas hemos habilitado el baño, el dormitorio y salón cocina. Todo ello rodeado de un patio al aire libre, con hamaca y zona de descanso.

El alpendre entre palmeras

Antiguo alpendre recientemente transformado para su uso residencial en Santa Lucía de Tirajana. El alpendre era la casa de los animales. Los más apreciados y difíciles de sostener eran las vacas . Solía haber dos por propiedad. La parte de la vacas es ahora el salón comedor y cocina. Las cabras y la burra se alojaban en las otras dependencias que hoy día son los dormitorios, y el baño actual era el lugar donde se depositaba la hierba del resto del día, ya que se solía coger por la mañana .

This cosy house is located in the urbanization Los Canarios 1 in Arguineguin. The area is one of the oldest tourist area in the city, nicely parkland, with flowers and palms. Its close to town and beach. The house has its own garden, furniture and barbecue. Parking in the street outside the house. The garden and outdoor area are part of the condominium and are maintained by them. This means that employees have access to the outdoor area around the houses for working.

Beautiful three-storey semi-detached house with a large terrace and wonderful sea views, located between the beaches of Anfi del Mar, Patalavaca, Costa Alegre and Arguineguín. On the main floor we find the living room with Smart TV and WIFI, full kitchen, toilet and terrace with barbecue, outdoor table and two sunbeds. On the first floor is the master bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. On the second floor is a second bedroom with two single beds.
