This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. The Haven in the historic quarter

A special place to stay in the heart of Tórshavn. Sleep under a grass roof in the car-free area of Reyn: the old town quarter by the harbour - a short walk to the main restaurants, bars, shops, bus terminal and ferry port. You can’t get more central than this! The Haven is simple but charming, nestled among other historic houses in this conservation area. Upstairs, via some steep steps, is the cosy bedroom. When it rains, the gentle sound of raindrops on the turf roof will lull you to sleep.

Lundi Cottage is one of the Múlafossur Cottages located by the world-renown waterfall in the village Gásadalur on the Faroe Islands. It is only a 10-20min drive from the only airport on the islands, shops and cafes as well as some of the most astounding Faroese sceneries such as Drangarnir, Tindhólmur and the lake Sørvágsvatn/Leitisvatn. We promise a truly magical and secluded place, with sights of sheep, birds and highland cows - all nestled by the river that leads down to the waterfall.

Stunning one bedroom apartment at the bottom of a house in the historical village of Velbastaður with spectacular uninterrupted sea views. 10 min drive from the capital Tórshavn and a short drive to Kirkjubøur and Sandoy ferry. Regular sightings of porpoises and numerous seabird species and occasional whale sightings (seasonal). Opportunity to use jacuzzi and sauna for additional charge of 200kr upon request. Spacious new boathouse apartment located at the bay in a small village called Hvalvík on Streymoy. Less than an hour drive to the airport, half an hour drive to the capital and all the other islands. The apartment is 75 square meters, new in modern cozy style with a stunning view over the ocean. Only 3 minutes walk to bus stop and a great pizzeria/fastfood, and max 5 minutes drive to grocery stores, liquorstore and petrol station.

Lovely little cottage in a quiet environment, while still only a 25 min walk to the city center of Tórshavn. Free busses drive to the center and the stop is only a 8 min walk away. Boathouse in Leirvík with spa Welcome to our modern boathouse with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. The Area The house is located by the marina in Leirvík. It is a peaceful place close to a grocery, restaurant, a bowling alley, a shop with local craft, art and boat museum, and also Viking ruins. There are good conditions for fishing and fishing gear is available. There is free parking, Wi-Fi and cable TV.

Cosy cottage next to the ocean facing the fiord

The cottage stands very close to the sea with a view of the fjord, the nearby marina and Torshavn. The house's unique location makes it possible to observe a varied wildlife of seabirds, some seals, fishing boats, cruise liners and container ships up close. This small house has two floors. The kitchen and living room are combined in one room on the ground floor and the bedroom and bathroom are on the 1. Floor.

Hyggeligt hus i Viðareiði. Renoveret i 2019, oprindelig bygget i 1905. Viðareiði er en landsby. Her bor 360 mennesker. Smuk natur med store fjelde. Du kan gå til "Enniberg" Placeringen er fantastisk og har en af de smukkeste udsigt over Færøerne. På Viðareiði er der en rimelig stor legeplads for børn og en fodboldsbane. Det er ingen butik på Viðareiði.

Authentic Faroese House - In centrum of Tórshavn.

"Hjá Polla-Vilhelm" is a house located in the old part of Tórshavn called Undir Ryggi. Its as central as it can be, and in a historical and beautiful neighbourhood. The house is an traditional faroese house, and was build in 1856. It has been renovated since, but only with the use of old materials. Adress is Undirryggi 7.

Cozy boathouse by the sea

Great location on the beach. Located in a peaceful area with sand/stone beach and private dock. On the beach, children can play and catch crabs. Old boathouse from the first in the 20th century, which has been converted into an apartment. Completly rebuilt in 2020. Boat and washer/dryer are in the basement (Neyst)
