Studio apartment addition attached to our family home. Our home is located three miles to downtown Edgartown with bus service & bike path close by. Private entrance, mini fridge, coffee press & accessories, private bath with shower, washer/dryer, bed in a loft area (ladder access only) with queen size sofa bed available below for additional sleeping. This is our family home with two baby boys. We try our best to keep quiet, but it is important to note their presence; rental has a sound machine.

It has easy access to beaches, bike paths and walking trails. Walk to the beach or meander through the woods of Long Point Wildlife Refuge, experiencing the serenity of this still untouched corner of Martha's Vineyard. This studio includes a bathroom with a shower, a washer/dryer and a kitchenette. It is the perfect spot for a lone artist, a couple or a family to enjoy Martha's Vineyard any time of year. This property shares the driveway and parking with Vineyard Meadows Writer's Cottage.

I love this neighborhood! It is quiet, peaceful, and only a short walk to either Tashmoo Beach or downtown Vineyard Haven and the ferry. The house has plenty of outdoor space with it's own wood fired pizza oven, fire pit, and decks. There are nice seating areas near the fire pit, on the lower deck and on the upper deck. Walk through the backyard, down a dirt road and be at the water in five minutes. Beach towels included! Plenty of sliding glass doors and LOTS of light. Vitamix included!

Brithaven Farm is on 28 acres of fields, woods meadows and gardens. We are just 2 miles from East Beach and the Allen's Pond Wildlife Sanctuary. We are completely private from the road and reached by a long laneway through woods which opens up to fields and meadows The rental has 2 decks, one with a large awning with dining table and chairs to lounge and take in the view. There is an open plan living, dining kitchen area with french doors leading to the deck.
