The apartment with 3 bedrooms-dinning room-lounge-kitchen-bathroom- terrace are located on the first floor. The bedrooms-lounge and dinningroom and kitchen have a airconditioning for both: cooling and heating. Downstairs there is a place for a bbq. The washing machine can be used free of charge

The sofa can be a bed in the living room.There are 2 air conditioners(TOSHİBA). It is 2 minutes walking distance to historical places and restaurants in oldtown. The world famous MERMERLİ beach is 5 minutes away. The house has a very large garden and if desired, breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the garden. -airport 25 minutes

You can use coffee machine, you can cook your meal, you can keep your food in refrigerator. You also have little garden with gate. You will feel like you are living in your own house.
