Secluded suburban acre 8 minutes from BWI Airport, 15 minutes from Baltimore's Inner Harbor and from Fort Meade, and 45 minutes from Washington DC. Private house attached to host house has 1220 square feet of cozy comfort--4 times the size of a hotel room! House includes 2 bedrooms (one queen, one double), 1.5 baths, living room, foyer, dining room, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. The one-acre lot has hundreds of trees and is great for pets. Level 2 charging station is good for all EVs.

There is RV/EV hookup, an outdoor wood-stove, and a propane grill for your use. The yard in the back of the cottage is fully fenced so your furry friend can freely play. Tl;dr: this is a private ground-level guest suite with 3 beds, 2 bedrooms, 1 desk (optional standing desk), 1 kitchen with oven, dishwasher + Nespresso/pour over, 2 tvs, laundry room with washer/dryer, fast wifi, a pool, patio and a forest view. We live on the top floor.

Independent entrance garage apartment located on the back of our house with totally independent entrance. It has a queen size bed, WIFI, 10 minute walk to Downtown. Mini kitchen with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee-maker. Plenty of space to store a bike. Great neighborhood with street parking available free on the weekends and two-hour limit during the week. There is free street parking during the week one block away from the apartment. Free EV charging one block away!!
