Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Classic New England farmhouse in a quiet setting, yet minutes away from everything! Many updates ensure comfort while maintaining its original charm. House sits on 3 acres, located 5 minutes away from turnpike I-95. It’s just 30 minutes to Portland, Augusta, and Freeport! Close to Bates College, Lost Valley for skiing, a multitude of trails for hiking, swimming, breweries, restaurants & many activities for all ages!

This is a beautifully renovated, private, 2 bedroom, first floor of a duplex. The yard is fenced in and has a large deck. The unit is very light and bright and tastefully decorated. The rooms are very large and the kitchen is open to the living room. It is in a quaint little village with a little country store just steps away where you can find almost anything you need! Please note that one building in particular is not attractive. Once inside.the fenced in yard, it is not visible.

A glamping site built in 2022 offers a contactless check-in process with a custom key code. Additionally, we have added archery, axe throwing, and kayaks to enhance your outdoor activity!

In the water! Two story boathouse. Originally built in 1939 and parked boats in until 1972. Converted to living space in the early eighties. The upstairs consist of a bedroom walk in closet and a balcony. The downstairs is a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Walk out the door to the patio , dock , and beach! You won't find anything closer to the water! The balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunset, thunderstorms, or sip your morning coffee. Watch the fish out the window!

The Rooted Retreat holds a special place in our hearts. This is our childhood home; the place where our family's roots were planted and memories were made. We've created this space so others can slow down, feel at home, and make memories of their own. You will also find art in this space. Melanie has installed her Root series here and each piece is for sale. One of the things to enjoy in Lewiston is its wealth of public art, architecture and galleries.
