Welcome to the vintage 100 year old original guest Cabin, nestled over the Salish Sea on a private estate with two cabins, beach, camp fire, kayaks & paddle boards. Seals, otters, eagles and deer are your neighbors. Walk to Turtleback Mountain south trailhead for grand views above. The secluded Hot Tub is tucked under cedar trees, over the beach, private for either cabin, but not at the same time.

Green Gables Lakehouse

Inspired by Anne of Green Gables and beautifully remodeled by Beach & Blvd, this 1915 lakehouse will bring a wonderful sense of serenity to your next escape. This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

Hill House Private Entry Suite - No Cleaning Fee

Cleaned and sanitized with no cleaning fees added to your cost! Your suite (375 square feet) is at the front of our house with a pvt. entry living room, a small bedroom with a big bed and a double sofa bed. There is a window seat with a view, your own bathroom, a small kitchenette with dishes, wifi, TV, microwave, etc. You get the driveway. Power outlet on front porch. We have a small dog. The House on Penn Cove is located on a private road going down a cliff to no bank water front, so this a very private location. There is unobstructed Penn Cove views and the historic town of Coupeville can be seen across the cove. On clear days, you have a spectacular view of the Olympic Mountain range. The house has a Mid Century Modern design with particularly the Pink Kitchen being something that has to be seen.
