The house also includes a shaded rooftop patio with views of surrounding mountains and the ocean through the trees. Other amenities include a front patio/garden, two half restrooms in shared areas and a barbecue for guests to use as they please.

There are three bedrooms, with one bedroom on the second floor in a self-contained loft apartment with its own spacious patio and sea views and two bedrooms on the first floor. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a skylight view of the trees and clouds. The front garden is spacious and designed for people to hang out and enjoy the ambience of the trees.
