Breakfast, king-size bed (180x200), 40 inch TV with Chromecast, water cooker, hair dryer, .., everything is included. The KNSM Island is one of the hidden gems of Amsterdam, quiet and peaceful, but close to the city center. It is possible to sit outside on a private terrace and jump in the water for a swim. The sunsets are pretty spectacular as well.

Het ruime, overkapte terras van 6x3 meter (westen) betrek je gemakkelijk bij de leefruimte. Je zit echt áán het (zwem)water van de schone plas. A large villa with large pool big garden very close to Amsterdam and Zaanse Schans...... modern house with big kitchen en big garden close to Nature park "het Twiske". By bus it is 20 minutes from Central Station Amsterdam en by bike about 30 minutes to the city centre of Amsterdam. Also about 25 minutes to Volendam by car.... 3 free parking places in front of the house and also a gym in the gardenhouse. Oostzaan is a Nice small village with supermarket and grocery shops on walking distance.

Lodge at the waterfront, 10 min from Amsterdam

Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Cosy & comfortable houseboat apartment for a couple or 2 friends. Offering private entrance, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The light and very well insulated 35m2 studio is situated in the former sailors cabin of coaster Mado. On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

Ruim en licht appartement met eigen patio/terras, dat grenst aan de prachtige tuin waarin ook het zwembad ligt dat u kunt gebruiken (niet privé gebruik). De goed ingerichte keuken en zitkamer en aparte royale slaapkamer en badkamer zijn van alle gemakken voorzien. Eigen privé opgang (via de buitenkant van het huis). De jacuzzi kan alleen door u gebruikt worden. Parking op eigen terrein.

Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

Discover this peaceful waterside retreat, accessible only by boat. A complimentary 5-minute boat transfer from the parking area is included. We will personally welcome you, accompany you to the cabin, and give a brief introduction to the accommodation, the boat, and the surrounding area. We are available 24/7 and can quickly assist you by boat in case of questions or emergencies. As the boat is not covered by Airbnb's insurance, a refundable €500 security deposit is required for its use.

Zeer compleet huis op een eiland met een eigen motorboot. Dit alles in een mooie omgeving met veel natuur, waar voldoende te doen is voor iedereen. In de tuin kunt u lekker luieren in een hangmat, trampoline springen, kanoën, suppen en zwemmen vanaf je eigen steiger. In de omgeving kunt u verder wandelen en fietsen naar het nabijgelegen dorp Breukelen en/of wandelen langs de Vecht. Vanaf station Breukelen bent u met de trein binnen 25 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam of Utrecht.

Vanaf de keuken en woonkamer met open haard zie je de zee en de kustlijn. En vanaf de duinkamer waar je kan slapen is er uitzicht over de duinen waar vaak herten lopen. De badkamer is eenvoudig en netjes. Op de vide kan met meer mensen geslapen worden. Beneden is er toegang tot het zwembad met sauna.
