Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

Auf der 25 qm großen, nach Süden ausgerichteten, Terrasse genießen Sie den ganzen Tag die Sonne. Das Appartement ist komplett renoviert und befindet sich im obersten Stock eines einzelnstehenden Hauses. Direkt vor dem Haus liegt eine kleine Badebucht-in der Anlage gibt es insgesamt drei beheizte Pools.

En el sur de Tenerife hace calor todo el año por lo que la piscina se puede usar siempre, sin necesidad de estar climatizada. En la villa hay wifi y todas las comodidades necesarias para una estupenda estancia. En el salón y en todas las habitaciones excepto en una hay aire acondicionado, la que no tiene aire acondicionado tiene ventilador manual.
