The villa sleeps up to 6 in 3 bedrooms with A/C, ensuite bathrooms and four poster beds: 2 doubles and one with 2 singles. The chef and houseboy living in the nearby service house will be on hand to look after you and the veranda is ideal for relaxing and dining overlooking the 40 foot pool and Madampe Lake.

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

Situated at the bottom of a large garden full of fruit and spice trees, the Aframe has a tropical modernist design, built using recycled timber and boasting an Attached Bathroom shower. Breakfast and provided with a smile by the host's family, who are always on hand to help with whatever you need. Birds and lizards abound in the adjoining garden.
