The boathouse is located on the Alūksne Lake/ city centre. There is walking trails, cafes, swimming spots, sports field, a children’s playground, the Alūksne Castle Park and historical objects within walking distance. There is free parking spaces and bicycle rental. We offer experience, not comfort!

Mūsu māja atrodas 5 minūšu gājiena attālumā līdz Alūksnes parkam un ezeram, 10 min gājienā līdz pilsētas centram.

Mullifunktsiooniga tünnisauna ja leilisauna kasutamine on hinna sees, kõik vajalik kütmiseks on olemas kohapeal. Leilisaun on elektriga.

My cozy one-bedroom personal home is surrounded by pine forest where you can pick some blueberries during the summer and ski in winter. The apartment is just a walking distance from the lake Kubja. Center of Võru is ~3km away.
