Living room with dedicated work space, full kitchen, one bedroom, small bathroom with a clawfoot tub and shower. No off-street parking. Free and metered street parking available.

Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.

We are about 15 minutes away from downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City. Yuba River, mountain biking, and hiking are about 20 minutes away from the house. Skiing is about 50 miles away.
