We are a passionate family. We moved from England to Italy searching for a place to SLOW DOWN. A hill surrounded by olive trees and a landscape where infinity opens up all around: we fell in love with it immediately. The adventure begins: we start with renovating the house. Recycled materials, bric-a-brac, we want every single room and piece of furniture to be in harmony with the beauty of the nature that surrounds us. Sie wohnen gemütlich und authentisch auf 24qm in unserem "Bauernstüble". Im Wohnraum befindet sich eine Essecke, ein Kleiderschrank, Sofa und Satelliten-TV. Über eine Treppenleiter gelangen Sie in den Schlafbereich mit einer 140x200cm Matratze. Angrenzend zum Eingangsbereich befindet sich eine kleine aber vollwertig ausgestattete Küche. Ein modernes Badezimmer mit Fußbodenheizung und Tageslicht rundet die Wohnung ab. Eine Waschmaschine + Trockner kann für 4€ pro Waschladung mitbenutzt werden.

Das Chalet Hollandia befindet sich oberhalb dem Dorf Grindelwald auf 1180 m.ü.M. Es ist sehr ruhig und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Bergwelt von Grindelwald. In der Ferienwohnung finden Sie alles was Sie brauchen, um Ihren Aufenthalt im Gletscherdorf Grindelwald zu genießen. Das Chalet ist gleich bei einer Bushaltestelle, bitte Informieren Sie sich beim Gastgeber über die Fahrpläne. Zu Fuß ist das gemütliche Chalet Hollandia in ca. 30 min vom Bahnhof Grindelwald erreichbar.

Der Fluss Steyrling fließt direkt unter dem Haus vorbei. Im Sommer, bei Niedrigwasser gibt es dort schöne Schotterbänke und Möglichkeiten sich zu erfrischen+ Wasserfall. Gasthaus und Dorfladen 5 min fußläufig erreichbar.

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.

The apartment is located in the district of Sant 'Ambrogio on the side of Piazza d'Azeglio, in a very quiet area, despite being just minutes from the market and the nightlife area. location: it is about 15 minutes walk from Piazza Duomo and well connected by city bus service. Despite being in the historic center you can arrive by car near the apartment. Covered parking fee a few meters from the property.
