The holiday flat is located in the green, near the Mount Sciliar, close to the lake Fiè. The flat is very spacious and has a private garden and an infrared cabin as a sauna. In summer it always stays cool even when it is very hot. Behind it lies the Völser Bach stream in front of a spruce forest, which is part of the Schlern Rosengarten Nature Park. The apartment is starting point for fantastic hikes in the Dolomites. The proximity to the Alpe di Siusi makes it ideal for skiing and snowboarding.

My property is near great views (mountains), Obereggen (Ski+/hikingcenter Latemar 1km) Hiking trails (directly in front of the house) in the UNESCO world cultural heritage Dolomites. You'll love my property because of the fantastic nature. My accommodation is good for couples, families (with children), skiing, hiker, motor-biker, groups and furry friends (+pet 10,-/night and each pet). Only 20 min. away from Bolzano.
