We offer a seaside house in one of the most beautiful and secluded bays of Alonnisos. Agios Petros Bay is located at 9km away from Patitiri, the island’s port. The old family vacations’ house, is renovated and made to offer you a peaceful environment. The house consists of 2 large sitting rooms and fully equipped kitchen. It also has 4 large separate bedrooms and 2 toilets. An extra sofa bed (or a baby crib) can be added, free of charge, if an extra guest is to stay at the house (6 guests +2).

The house is situated in Votsi,in a quiet,silent residential area. It has a stunning view of the port and its crystal clear water. It is close to the astonishing beach of Spartines,wich is reacheable only by a small path and is always almost deserted. The apartment is a mix of 80's and old furnitures,with a modern touch. Το σπίτι βρισκεται σε μια κατάφυτη περιοχή με καταπληκτική θέα μόλις 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από τη χώρα της Σκιαθου.Το σπίτι χωρίζεται σε δυο επίπεδα.Κάτω βρισκεται ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι κι η τραπεζαρία,μια μεγάλη κουζίνα κι ένα άνετο μπάνιο.από εδώ υπάρχει πρόσβαση στη βεράντα η οποία διαθέτη τραπεζαρία και μαγευτική θέα.Στο πάνω επίπεδο βρίσκονται δυο υπνοδωμάτια και μια τουαλέτα.Έξω υπάρχει μεγάλος κήπος με χωρο στάθμευσης,μπάρμπεκιου και χώρους ανάπαυσης.Δεν υπάρχει αστική συγκοινωνία.

Τό σπίτι τού παππού

Βρίσκεται στον Νέο Οικισμό του Πατητηρίου όπου είναι το κεντρικό λιμάνι του νησιού. Είναι μια μικρή μονοκατοικία με μεγάλη βεράντα μπροστά και ιδιωτικό κήπο πίσω. Ανακαινήσθηκε, διατηρώντας πολλά από τα παραδοσιακά της στοιχεία και αντικείμενα, έχοντας παράλληλα τις ανέσεις ενός σύγχρονου σπιτιού. Σε κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν όλων των ειδών τα καταστήματα, οι Δημόσιες Υπησεσίες και η στάση του λεωφορείου. Οι κοντινότερες παραλίες περίπου στα 600 μέτρα είναι το Ρουσούμ και το Πατητήρι.

The building was once part of the Byzantine Castle of Alonissos. In the early 19th century it was the island's first Post Office, and later the first ever café on Alonissos. All woodwork (furniture, floors etc) is handmade with solid oak tree wood and the décor is elegant and rustic.
