Our house has all the comforts of home with beautiful open vistas visible out each window. This property was deeded to the Motherwell family following the War of 1812, staying in their family name 100 years. The interior of the house is fully renovated with some exterior projects ongoing. We are just 30 minutes from world class downhill skiing and whitewater rafting.

We are situated beside a beautiful park where you can sit and relax, walk the trails, play frisbee golf, hit the splash pad and swings, or head down the hill to a park that sits on the edge of the Mississippi River. For cyclists, we are located just off the OVRT. Electric car owner? There is a charging station just 100m from the house.
