Dans le parc vous pourrez profiter du carré bien être avec sa piscine et son spa( partagés avec les propriétaires uniquement).Vous êtes en plein centre d'une petite ville thermale dans un écrin de verdure. A 5 mn à pied des thermes de bourbon l'archambault, du marché, des commerces de proximité. L appartement aménagé dans une ancienne grange, avec sa serre attenante. Lieu idéal pour se retrouver entre amis ou en couple pour passer un moment de détente. Le salon/séjour dominé par la douceur de la pierre naturelle et la chaleur du poêle à bois sera le lieu « cocooning » dont vous rêviez. A l’étage, une chambre et un espace TV composé de 2 à 4 lits. Un espace détente privatif avec jacuzzi pour 4/5 personnes. Une cave voûtée entièrement rénovée pour laisser place à un espace convivial de dégustation. Das Haus wurde aus ehemaligen Pferdeställen erbaut und wird sie mit vielen hübschen Details überraschen. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet: Im Parterre befindet sich eine gut ausgestattete, offene Küche mit Essbereich sowie ein bequemer Wohnraum mit TV/DVD. Alles ist grosszügig, offen und gemütlich gestaltet. Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit einem privaten Bad, entweder mit Dusche oder Badewanne. Zusätzlich gibt es zwei Aussensitzplätze mit Grillgelegenheit.

Authentic 100yr old barn , 2 swimming pools heated

Spacious 100 year old barn, in a tranquil village, with all its natural features. Underfloor heating. Ideal for families, who wish to spend quality time in a rural spacious environment. Not recommended for noisy parties. All bedrooms on the ground floor have baby beds. There is a garden suite attached to the barn, access from the garden. A roullotte with double bed and bunk beds also facing the garden. All bedrooms have private ensuite. You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place.

At Manoir Delarue you will find the perfect French getaway. The gîte is spacious, comfortable and beautifully finished with natural materials. Open plan accommodation spread over three floors; first floor master bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with big bath tub and office area, stairs leading to an open mezzanine bedroom with two single beds. The gîte also has a ground floor sofabed with direct access to the wet room. Private entrance, terrace area and garden access.
