We are minutes from the DT Lutheran hospital. Blocks away from downtown, library, restaurants, art studios, shopping, bars, ballpark, Grand Wayne center and much more. The guest house is well equipped including a dishwasher, dual electric range, larger air fryer, stackable washer and dryer, central AC, ceiling fan, queen bed, couch converts to full, 2 smart TVs, free wifi, smart locks, off street parking with 110v or 220v (Nema 14-50) EV charging Ports. We do live on property in the main house.

This second story space located minutes from downtown, Parkview and PFW still sits on a quiet 2 acre lot. The built in shelves, drawers, chef's kitchen, designated work area and ample closet space make it ideal for a longer term rental. The bedroom has a queen bed. The pull out sofa provides another queen sleep space. This is a pet free/smoke free environment.

The Bird's Nest Loft is located in the historic Canton Laundry building. Built in 1890, it began its 70 year history as a laundry in 1935. FULLY RENOVATED with all the comforts of home...plus a few more! Includes a private master bedroom, a separate sleeping loft space, a dedicated workspace, private outdoor areas, and PARKING IS INCLUDED. Located just blocks away from walking & bike trails, kayak rentals, Embassy Theatre, Botanical Conservatory, coffee shops, bars, and many amazing eateries!

A farmhouse suite welcomes you! Enjoy a stay in a large private guest suite on the 2nd floor of our historic farmhouse. You'll enjoy a relaxed haven that feels like the country, inside the city! Only 5 minutes from shopping, parks, trails, restaurants, library and 15 minutes from downtown. Enjoy park-like setting, use of pool during Summer (shared), and large yard. 2nd bedroom available for add'l $. We will rotate pool use if other guests are here. No pool parties. For additional visitors, the leather sofa folds down into a full-sized bed. The modern bathroom boasts a walk-in shower.

Carriage House near Downtown

The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.
