Enjoy a peaceful and secluded getaway with this 3 bedroom, 1 bath cabin nestled on 120 acres. Includes views of hill sides and a big stocked pond. This cabin is truly a great getaway to unwind and relax. Great for hiking and fishing. Cabin gets little to no cell service and wifi is very spotty during summer foliage. 10 minutes from Cuba, NY 25 minutes from Olean, NY 2 hours South of Buffalo, NY 4x4 vehicle is highly recommended during winter months.

You’ll have plenty to enjoy in this charming setting just 5 miles from Alfred, 4 miles from Hornell and 40 mins. to the Finger Lakes and Wine Trail. Originally a barn and remodeled decades ago, we recently updated it to reflect its history as a farm and keep its charm. On the first floor is living/dining space, a kitchen and a large bedroom. On the second floor is a large open loft with beds, TV and a desk/chair.
