Great Room Layout: The main living space is light and airy, arranged in an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. From the living room, sliding doors open unto a large view deck which overlooks Alki Beach and has 180 degree views of the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains. Bedroom/Bathroom Layout: The lower level offers a master suite with king-sized bed and ensuite bath. Two additional bedrooms each have comfortable queen-sized beds and share the remaining full bath. Also included on the lower level is a laundry room, which adds convenience for longer stays. Parking: It is easy to park two cars at the unit, one inside the single car attached garage and the other in the driveway. Additional parking is available for free on the street nearby. Privacy: This rental unit is the upper portion of a duplex. The home's modern construction affords complete privacy between this and the lower unit.
