Just a brief 5-minute stroll from Thal beach, the property is situated approximately 20 minutes by car from Mandwa Jetty. Built in the 60's and recently renovated, this bungalow is surrounded by betel nut, coconut, and chiku trees. With a focus on privacy and comfort, we accommodate a limited number of guests, making it an ideal choice for small families seeking a tranquil getaway.

A beautiful Red brick and stone house recently constructed in the serene, green coastal Konkan village of Thal with the beach a few minutes walking from our place. The house is surrounded by coconut groves, mature mango trees and a lovely lawn. The home built in traditional Konkan style has used teak wood from a 100 year old bungalow and all materials and labour have been sourced locally. Our lovely little cottage is the perfect, relaxed, holiday getaway... With 2 comfortable air conditioned bedrooms, with attached bathrooms, and a divan bed in the living room, it is wonderful for a family with kids. It is only a 10 min. walk from the stunning Kashid beach, but you may find that you will actually spend more time just relaxing in the back garden or enjoying a good game of badminton :-). The wifi is around 50 mbps it works most of the time but we cannot guarantee it
