We are excited to share with you our renovated garage studio apartment. Once an old garage, this unique space shows off the brick exterior walls and the old heat system and all of its metal piping. Brand new kitchen, equipped with a full size oven, fridge and dishwasher. Pots, pans, cookware, and dishes are all provided. Cozy up by the gas fireplace. The bed is a queen size memory foam mattress. There is a loading zone next to it. Parking for the building is all street parking around the area.

Located in the tree area just south of the University of Wyoming, our cute one bedroom basement apartment has been completely remodeled. We are within walking distance to the University of Wyoming, Downtown Laramie, parks, restaurants, museums, Civic Center and the library. Laramie is located near great views, hiking, biking and skiing. The apartment is perfect for couples, parents visiting their UW student, athletic events, solo adventurers, and business travelers. You can easily walk to the stadium in just a few minutes, or enjoy any of the events that the Laramie area has to offer throughout the year.

The University of Wyoming is less than a mile away. This is a great landing spot for those hoping to immerse themselves in the Laramie community.

Welcome to the Blue Sky Suite, 1 block from the UW campus and 4 blocks to the stadium. The suite contains a full bathroom, well-furnished kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator, coffee bar, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, breakfast options, & coffee bar. Enjoy the spacious bedroom/ living area. Laundry available by request. You'll be very comfortable in this light-filled downstairs space. Best for: adult travelers.
