Adriatik Guesthouse is located in Përmet and features a garden. The guesthouse provides both free Wifi and free private parking. The property is located inside of Berat Castle, one of the oldest castles in the Balkan area and the only one still inhabited. It was built around the 13th century and has two outdoor areas on different levels. One has a great view over the city and Tomorri's Mountain and the other one guarantees a total privacy to the guests, offering a relaxing view with its green areas full of roses. The property has been partially renovated recently but retains all the architecture that characterizes it.

A spacious room of almost 25 sq.m. (270 sq.ft) in a traditional stone building (built 1920's) that was fully renovated in 2018. The building has five rooms in total and a communal space, a living room-kitchen that all guests are welcome to use. There is a large outdoor space with furniture for guests to relax in the warm weather.
