This 16' partial off-grid unit is wood stove heated (cut wood included), or guests can use a space heater. Comfortable full bed. Basic kitchenette amenities available: microwave, hot plate, tools, pans. No plumbing; sink and toilet are an eco- friendly Boxio system. Next to a forested park with trails. This newly constructed 3 bed 2 bath open concept home is tucked away on an acre of wooded trees. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located abode. Just over a mile from downtown and within walking distance to the X-Y lakes trial system. We just completed construction the end of May 2025. As of December 2025 we have a whole home generator. Never be without power!!!
