Solig villa i drömläge vid havet

Generally The whole house has underfloor heating. In the living room there is an air source heat pump that you can use as AC/cool down the house if needed. There is also a large sofa with a table under a roof which is very much appreciated. On the west side of the terrace there is also a smaller table with two sun loungers. On the west side of the house you will also find a storage room with life jackets, games such as kubb, boules and croquet as well as barbecue etc. Entrance In the entrance hall with white marble tiles there are clothes hangers and a cleaning cabinet as well as cupboards for storage. Kitchen The lovely kitchen is fully equipped. It has everything you need to cook. The fridge/freezer has an ice maker. There is an oven and a combined oven/microwave. The beautiful bench and stone slabs are made of dekton from southern Europe. Everyday grimace In the living room you have panoramic views of the sea. There is a large sofa with coffee table, dining table with 6 chairs and 2 armchairs with a small table. In addition, a 65 inch TV and a wood stove with soapstone. Master bedroom Here you have 2 large windows facing the water. The continental bed from mio is 180 cm wide. There is a large wardrobe and a workplace with a monitor and a height-adjustable desk. The walls and ceiling of the relaxation area will be in beautiful red-colored alder. In addition to the relaxation area, there will be a 6 square meter wood-fired sauna. In the sauna it will be a brown colored beautiful heat-treated aspen. Back At the back of the house there is a picturesque outhouse. Firewood storage Wood storage you can see the front of the house. It is a 10 square meter building where there are gaps between the panels for wood to be aerated. Bridge The jetty is about 30 square meters in size with a bathing ladder. On/next to the jetty there are 2 deck chairs that you can sit in and enjoy the view. The Plot The plot is about 7000 square meters in size, of which the lawn is about 1000 square meters. Stora strövområden på den närliggande halvön med sitt rika fågelliv, gör det lätt att tro att man är ensam i skärgården. Delad strand och brygga samt en separat plats där man kan njuta av en liten brasa i eldkorgen och kanske grilla något gott.

Varmt välkomna till vår mysiga stuga alldeles bredvid sjön! Här finns möjlighet att njuta av enkelheten, bada från berget och vila i tystnaden. Ni har gratis parkering, tillgång till roddbåt (motor kan hyras) och möjlighet att köpa fiskekort. Stugan har rinnande vatten, spis, ugn samt elektricitet. Det finns utedass samt en utedusch med varmt vatten. Stugan ligger vid änden av en grusväg och på samma gård ligger även vårt hus.

Mangårdsbyggnaden är från 1890, totalrenoverad 2021 och fullt modernt i gammal stil, tänd en brasa i spisarna sätt dig i gungstolen och njut av stillheten. Huset har en skäl som andas lugn och ro. Eget fiskevatten ingår du kan även lägga nät enligt värdens anvisningar. Trädgården är stor och bjuder in till lek och grillkvällar Nära till båthamn, butik, busshållplats, Långnäs hamn. Stockstuga med vacker utsikt över Färjsundet

Vår mysiga stockstuga ligger vid stranden med vacker utsikt över Färjsundet. Stugan är fullutrustad med kök, badrum, kamin och luftvärmepump. Det finns ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, ett loft med två enkla madrasser samt en bäddsoffa. Brygga finns nere vid stranden som är badvänlig samt har båtplats. Fiskekort går att köpa i Godby. Stugan ligger endast 2 km från Godby centrum, ca 16 km från Mariehamn och 9 km från golfbanan.

Egen vik. 200 m privat strand. Vedeldad bastu. 10 bäddar i tre byggnader — utan grannar i syn. På 30 000 m² tomt rullar 5 000 m² gräsmatta ner mot din egen sandstrand. Den 150 m² altanen har matplatser i flera väderstreck — frukost i morgonsol, middag i kvällsljus. Privat brygga, tre roddbåtar, frisbeegolfbana, vedeldad bastu, Weber-grill med rotisseri och elrök för dagens fångst. Snabb fiber-WiFi. Husdjur välkomna.

Välkommen till vår charmiga stuga i Geta. Här bor du lugnt och naturnära i en välutrustad stuga med plats för 5 gäster, två sovrum, kök, badrum och bastu. Endast 5 minuters promenad bort finns en mindre strand med tillgång till roddbåt. En större strand med hopptorn ligger ca 3 km bort. För den aktive finns klättring i Getabergen, cirka 5 km från stugan. Perfekt för både avkoppling och aktiva dagar i naturen.
