"La Casita" ist ein eigenständiges Gästehaus und bietet Platz für zwei Personen. Es liegt auf einem grossen gesicherten Privatgrundstück, etwas abseits des Haupthauses. Das knapp 30 qm grosse 1-Raum-Apartment hat eine ausreichend ausgestattete Kockecke, eine Bar-Esskombination, ein Bad mit Dusche und Bidet und ein Doppelbett. Auf der grossen Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool (5 x 10 m) befindet sich der Außenessbereich. La Casita bietet neben freiem WiFi auch Sat/Smart-TV und eine Musikanlage.

Casa Verde is a large house with two separate floors. The guesthouse has its own entrance. The owners inhabit the top floor of the house. The owners do not use all the facilities offered at the guesthouse during your stay.

Koken kan in je eigen keukentje maar buiten koken in de gezamenlijke buitenkeuken is natuurlijk veel leuker!

Hi! We rent the cellar in our mediterranean villa, This villa is all you have been looking for. It’s the ideal place for families, specially for your kids! They will enjoy in the pool and the play room. If you are looking to enjoy in a peaceful atmosphere, this is your place to stay in! A few minutes away from the beach and city centre and 20 mins by bus. We rent this independent room: 4 single beds + 1 crib. We are a family with a friendly german shepherd.

Newly constructed guest house at the rear of the property. There are friendly dogs and one cat. The house is situated within walking distance of San Juan Pueblo which is a lively town very close to Alicante. The beach is 20 minutes away ( by bike ) and there are lovely countryside walks nearby. There is also a local bus and taxi service. Locally there are Lots of restaurants and amenities. It is a very peaceful location. We have WIFI
