A quiet and private oasis overlooking native bush on our farm in Banks Peninsula. A unique, off the grid experience in our warm (centrally heated) and luxurious, brand new caravan. Gaze at the stars in your own little paradise whilst soaking in our private outdoor bath and/or enjoy exploring the spectacular bays around Banks Peninsula. Our 1/2 acre section is fully fenced so that your pet (if bringing) can roam freely. Even though we are off grid, we have great internet access (fast WIFI).

Guest House on acreage - quiet and private setting

Our house has a self contained guest house situated on a 4ha (10 acre) lifestyle block offering you a quiet and peaceful location. It has a comfortable queen size bed with separate ensuite, kitchen and lounge. We can accommodate an extra adult/child (double sofa bed or single mattress) we have all the necessary things for babies and toddlers. Tea, coffee, milk and toast come free of charge. We are located 12 minutes from Christchurch CBD, near Prebbleton and 15 minutes to the airport.

Copper Beech Cottage is perfect for those looking for a cosy, romantic getaway. Surrounded by large trees, beautiful woodland gardens, across the road from the Ōpāwaho River and the sound of birdsong at your doorstep, you are bound to feel relaxed and at home in our bespoke cottage. Staying in a tiny home is an unforgettable experience — and we hope you’ll fall in love with this space just as we have. Please note: The spa is closed for the season from December 1 to February 28.

Private sunny (Fraemer) cottage, horses and dogs welcome, 2 bedrooms (both have queen size beds), on a small farm, parking, internet. Mandaville shops (5 mins drive) - Indian, Thai, fish n chips, bar and restaurant; Rangiora & wineries nearby, Airport 15 mins, Christchurch City 15 mins away. Thoughtfully renovated this historic grain store has been turned into a modern, spacious 2 bedroom cottage complete with open plan kitchen and living space and a light spacious conservatory. We have a friendly golden retriever who may pop down to say hello :)

This two bedroom villa located in the beautiful valley of Little River is the perfect getaway with friends or family, 40 minutes from Christchurch in the heart of Banks Peninsula. This lovely character home has two double rooms, one king, one queen. There is also a sleepout with two sets of bunk beds, couch, television and toys galore. The sun soaked deck boasts a hot tub, and the barn has been remodeled in to the a very cool little private bar and games room.
