Marigold Gedara was designed as a spacious beach house. It suits surfers, young families and couples wanting a large private villa with pool. We are family friendly! We provide a highchair, infant cot and the only villa on the south coast with a glass safety fence around the pool. It's a 2min walk to the nearest cafe, The Kip. Secret Beach is a 5min walk. Some of the best surf breaks are less than 10mins away. Our fully-equipped kitchen means you can cook or order delivery and dine at home.

Nestled between the jungle and paddy fields, Mihira Home is a 3 bedroom villa (AC) with garden and pool created for sensory exploration. Just 4 minutes away from Kabalana Beach & Ahangama town, our space offers a thoughtfully designed sanctuary designed for a slower, more connected way of living. At Mihira Home, natural materials, minimalist design, large open spaces, earthy colors, and a blend of indoor and outdoor living spaces were brought together to enjoy the natural elements of Sri Lanka.

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.
