Ahakista Lodge Cottage

Comfortable cottage located beside Ahakista Lodge B and B. Well-equipped with stunning views of Dunmanus Bay. Walking distance to Ahakista pier and beach. Arundels by the pier serving good food and Tin Shed bar also within walking distance from the house, as well as Heron Gallery Cafe. Lots of hill walks nearby on the Sheeps Head Peninsula, which is on the Wild Atlantic Way. Bantry shopping town and lovely restaurant are 15 kilometres away. Taxi service available. Relax and enjoy the ebb and flow of the tide overlooking Croagh Bay located just inside the iconic Fastnet Lighthouse. Situated a 10 minute (10km) drive from Schull the location is ideal to immerse yourself in all the sea and the Wild Atlantic Way has to offer (swimming, kayaking, fishing, sailing) and enjoy the West Cork walking trails, including Barleycove Beach and Mizen Head.
