This rustic farmhouse has been recently renovated and has a charming feel. This farmhouse is over 60 years old and has the original hardwood floors and features. This place is located near Turner Turnpike & only minutes from the historic downtown of Chandler!!

The attached shop is available for laundry use only, we will provide a key for access. Please note this space is not part of the living area and is private, it does have a video-only (no audio) camera for security.”

Working Cattle Ranch

We are 6 miles north of Chandler (Route 66). "Entire home" refers to the professionally built, 900 sq ft space over the garage which means stairs (within code). Our home is attached via a breezeway. We have 80 acres with pastures, 1 stocked pond and trails through the woods. We have 3 outdoor “always on” security cameras: 1 on the garage wall and (main house) front & back porches (not the N patio which guests can use). This is our home, we expect responsible and caring guests.
