Lucy’s apartment is a newly built apartment, away from the beach with only a short 4 minute walk! Here, you can find a cozy apartment, with all the amenities you need for a cozy and a worries free stay. The living area includes a flat screen TV, a sofa that can be converted to a bed for 2 people and a new cuisine with a fridge and a sitting area. The bedroom has a double bed, night stands with lights and a closet. The bathroom, with the beautiful marble look, contains also a washing machine.

This apartment looks out into the beautiful Lake Voulismeni and offers the best view in Agios Nikolaos as it is on the second floor of the building. Our apartment is located in a convenient area in the beautiful town of Agios Nikolaos. It is close to the picturesque Ammos sandy beach and many other situated in the area. It is a 5 minutes walk to the center and the famous Lake of Agios Nikolaos. Situated on the third floor of a newly renovated building with an elevator. In the neighborhood you will find cafes, restaurants, bars and tavernas. There are supermarkets, bakers, fishmongers, butchers shops nearby so car rental is not essential.

Καινούριο σπίτι στο κέντρο της πόλης του Αγίου Νικολάου. Ευρύχωρο για 3 άτομα , με όλες τις ανέσεις για μια αξέχαστη διαμονή. Η πλατεία του Αγίου Νικολάου απέχει 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια και 1 λεπτό η παραλία. Δίπλα από το σπίτι υπάρχει οργανωμένο πάρκινγκ όπου μπορείτε να παρκάρετε με μικρό κόστος . Το σπίτι αποτελείτε από το κυρίως δωμάτιο που περιλαμβάνει την κουζίνα και το καθιστικό με έναν καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι. Στο υπνοδωμάτιο υπάρχει διπλό κρεβάτι και κούνια για μωρό αν χρειαστεί.
