The space is part of a quiet seafront property located in the fishermen village of Perdika, 15 min by car from the main port. 5 min. walk to 2 supermarket, 2 bakeries, tavernas, bars & cafes nearby the picturesque port and the beach. A boat takes you in 10 min to Moni, an inhabited island just opposite to Perdika.1 separate bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed (converting into a bed), A/C, wifi. Private balcony over the sea. Free street parking.

Studio by the sea

A cosy studio 30 sq. m, 20 m from the seaside, 2 km from Aegina city (port) 30-min walk. It has a large room with a double bed, a kitchen with a fridge and a small stovetop (no oven no cooking), and a modern bathroom. Air-condition, geothermal cooling. The studio, which consists of the elevated basement of a detached house, has an independent entrance, 8 steps below the ground, in the back yard that has view to the mainland of Aigina. The pool in the front yard is not available for the guests.

It has a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a small kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a large private roof terrace with sea view. It can be connected with the studio Elia.
