House is located in a 800sq.m garden with private entrance and parking. located in the center of Kobuleti a street away from main thoroughfare and 4 min ( by walk) from the beach & boulvard.

Makhuntseti waterfall is 20 kilometers away. We also have house wine, red and white. Aged for 3-4 years. Which you can buy on site.
